Drives growth through third-party traffic — affiliates, media buyers, site owners, social accounts — rather than owned channels. Full-funnel ownership: recruiting/onboarding through performance analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting. Not a purely relationship or purely analytical seat; both are required daily, in a landscape (traffic sources, compliance, fraud patterns) that shifts overnight.
- Active affiliate portfolio: manages real, current traffic and conversions — not a dormant list or inherited partners sitting idle.
- Personally recruited/activated affiliates: sourced and onboarded a meaningful share of their portfolio themselves, not only inherited or maintained it.
- Commercial/deal economics: personally negotiates terms (CPA/RevShare/hybrid/flat) and can explain the economics behind their own deals.
- Traffic-quality/fraud judgment: can identify poor-quality or fraudulent traffic and has taken action on it.
- Tooling fluency: hands-on with an affiliate tracking/network platform (Everflow or equivalent) and reporting tools (Looker Studio, SEMrush); exposure across acquisition channels (SEO, media buying, paid social) even without hands-on execution of all of them.
