This page lists all roles we are actively hiring for at EverAI — the company behind Candy.ai, one of the leading AI companion platforms in the adult space.
We work with a select group of agency partners to source talent across R&D, Growth, and Operations.

🎯 How to Approach Submissions
- Quality > Volume: One perfectly matched candidate is worth more to us than ten "maybe" profiles.
- Check the Off-Limits List: Ensure your candidates are not currently employed by our restricted partners, on this list here.
- If unsure whether a candidate is a fit, ask your TA contact before submitting

We strongly prefer fewer, high-quality candidates over volume.
Before clicking "Submit" in Ashby, run every candidate through this final checklist:
- The "Doer" Test: Does this person actually build things, or do they just "manage" processes? We only hire hands-on executors.
- Budget Alignment: Are they strictly within the ranges listed in the table below?
- Location & Deel Logic: Does their location align with our B2B vs. EOR preference? (Check this page before submitting).
- NSFW Comfort: Have you explicitly confirmed they are comfortable working for an adult / explicit-content product? Direct exposure frequency is role-specific — see the role brief and 🚩 Candidate Hard Gates & Red Flags.
If the answer to any of the above is no → do not submit.
