See 🚩 Candidate Hard Gates & Red Flags for company-wide eligibility rules (NSFW, B2B, location default, English, compensation-expectations screening). What follows is specific to this role.

⛔️ Top Requirements

  1. Direct, hands-on campaign execution.
  2. Understanding of core acquisition metrics.
  3. Ability to explain personal contribution.
  4. Testing/creative curiosity and learning speed.

🎯 Role Mission

Operate and optimize mainstream paid-acquisition campaigns while developing the analytical, creative and commercial judgment required to own larger budgets.

📋 Responsibilities

  • Launch and optimize campaigns on mainstream platforms.
  • Monitor performance by campaign, audience, market and creative.
  • Reallocate spend based on conversion and commercial performance.
  • Contribute to creative hypotheses and testing plans.
  • Identify weak performance and recommend actions.
  • Analyze CAC, ROAS, conversion and cohort quality.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate findings and decisions clearly.
  • Develop toward independent ownership of larger budgets.

⛔️ Screening Criteria

  • Has direct campaign exposure and works inside the platforms.
  • Understands core metrics and can connect them to actions.
  • Can separate their own contribution from the team's.
  • Shows learning speed and some testing/creative curiosity.

There is no fixed minimum budget for Junior candidates. The candidate must still demonstrate real operating responsibility. Do not apply the Senior $300K/month spend bar to Junior candidates — the spend question establishes level of ownership and exposure, not a hard minimum.

🚩 Red Flags

🚩
  • Only reporting/coordinating while others execute.
  • Recites metrics but cannot explain what action they took.
  • Only gives team results.
  • Experience is mainly B2B lead generation, ABM or SaaS demand generation.
  • Cannot connect campaign metrics to a business outcome.
  • Creative involvement was administrative; knowledge is based mainly on certifications or coursework.

🎯 Track-Specific Guidance

Target profiles should show:

  • Direct paid social / UA execution.
  • Meta / TikTok / Google or similar platforms.
  • Mobile gaming, subscription apps, DTC, dating/social, or agency backgrounds can all be relevant.
  • Hands-on campaign operation is mandatory.

Relevant channels include Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit, and other scalable consumer-acquisition platforms. Candidates do not need experience with every platform — they must demonstrate direct execution on at least one relevant acquisition channel.
